4. Chasing the Brighter Blue by Gerri Hall

I fell onto this book purely by chance and loved it. The book is based around a family wedding taking place in a resort in Colorado over Christmas. Regan is home from Afghanistan where she was working as a photojournalist and is in Colorado to attend her brothers wedding. She doesn’t realise that one the first night when flirting with a woman at the bar that 1. her family own the resort she’s staying at and 2. She’s the sister of the woman her brother s about to marry. This book is oozing with christmas fun and ultimately true love.

5. Winters Harbor by Aurora Rey

Lia has fled New York after her Partner of Ten Years was unfaithful. Lia decides to spend the Winter in Provincetown getting reacquainted with herself. It’s not only the delectable pasties at the local cafe that has Lia salivating but the cafe owner, Alex. Both woman are captivated with one another but can it be more than a Winter Fling?

This novel isn’t necessarily a christmas themed novel but there is many scenes that embrace the festive season and it always leaves me feeling warm and christmassy and because of that deserved a spot in the Top 5.
