Short, sweet and incredible intriguing!
Kitty McIntosh is someone I watch closely in the Lesbian Fiction community. I’ve read two of her short stories now, and I am always left wanting more from her as an author but also from her stories that capture my imagination and draw me in.
This story, in particular, is set in an area off Scotland I spent my childhood. I could almost smell the sea and feel the wind as I read Kitty’s descriptions. Such a beautiful story and honestly it left me wanting much more from the storyline…
I’m left feeling warmed but also incredibly intrigued about the woman by the river and what is her history and where is she going.
Kitty McIntosh is definitely one to watch. I can’t wait to see what comes next… please can it be a full length novel?
