Sexy, intriguing with a hit of mystery. This novella had it all, I still can’t believe that it was by a debut author. 

What was the book about? 
Emily is the definition of a good girl. She never does anything wrong until she meets a stranger in a hotel while travelling for work.  The more time she spends with the mystery guest, the more her personality and desires change. 

What did you like about the book? 
I loved the fast-paced speed of this book, I actually read it twice because I knew it wasn’t a full novel. I was worried in the beginning that because this was a novella the romance would be rushed, or the author would make it all about sex and that wasn’t the case. Don’t get me wrong, this book is incredibly sexy and in fact that was my soul interest in the beginning when I read the synopsis, but it was not the only element to be enjoyed. 

Chemistry:
As I said before, the sex scenes in this book were on fire and I was surprised how receptive Emily is in the beginning. The book steadily follows Emily through her sexual awakening but also into finding out what she really wants from life.

Wrap up: A fantastic first novel from an author that has jumped onto my watch list. If this is the beginning for Madeline Taylor, then the sky is the limit.
